Quinn's Ultimate

Quinn's ultimate should feel like a power move, and frankly it doesn't. When you ult as Quinn it's usually to run away or chase very low health champions. I feel as if her ultimate is not working as intended and there should be a change. I have two suggestions. One, regarding her passive when she ults and the other regarding Vault's cool down.

This discussion is not about win-rates or how you did individually in such game showing that Quinn is indeed viable because "I got a pentakill." It's about overall feel of the champion and making it better. An ultimate should feel like the strongest skill of a champion and makes that champion what it is. When you pop an ultimate like Quinn's it should feel like, "Go time. Lez kill these bitches."

Harrier Change: When you ult, harrier is no longer available. This is a large part of Quinn's damage, especially after the previous buffs. As a tag team, Quinn should still be able to help fight as Valor does when you pop your ultimate. My suggestion is to have a constant auto attack on nearby enemy champions coming from the sky at either severely reduced damage or severely reduced attack speed. If you have played Dota, it would be very similar to Razor's ultimate.

Vault Change: I think Vault's cool down should be refreshed when Quinn pops her ultimate. Not only does it go with the tag team style (Why should Valor have to wait for a cool down for an action he didn't perform?) but it smooths out the transition into Valor form by giving an instant gap closer when losing range so that she can start dealing damage immediately.

This change is more to create cohesion in the kit more than anything else. It's unlikely that you would start a fight by popping your ult, because you simply do not have enough health, durability, or burst to go into melee range on a full health champion (unless you are very fed). And if you have used your Vault earlier in the fight and it's still on cool down, once you pop your ult you won't be able to immediately deal damage and you will be kited. The main question here is: Why should Quinn be crippled by her ultimate? After playing her a few times, honestly the best feel from her ultimate is when it ends and the sky strike comes down. Why shouldn't the beginning be the same?
