TF Ult?

It's over nerfed. High cool down, no longer global, does not even get better by leveling up, you only get vision for longer. He is bottom 2 for winrate according to lolking. I know win rate doesn't say it all, and it doesn't mean you can't do well with him, but it does feel like he needs a little help. Suggestions?

I would say increase the range for his ult as he levels it up. I understand why they nerfed it, because he could be a laning phase terror, but after the laning phase, does it really still need to be cut down?

Honestly, I never see a reason for leveling up TF's ultimate until last.

I concur, most of the time. I do believe that it could be better but i also believe it is fine the way it is. TF's ult is for short ranged ganking and rushing. the same is will nocturne's ult, used for ganking and rushing.

Ok while I agree on the whole that his ult doesn't need to be changed(parts of his kit could use work but that's another story for another thread) I do not agree with your assessment of its use. It works nothing like a Nocturne ult, for one it has a channel time and secondly there is a period of vulnerability right after you finish warping(very short but it disrupts the flow of your skills believe me). However like I said previously I agree that there isn't much to be done to his ult that wouldn't make him OP, I think the core of the issue lies in the rest of his kit, mainly his E. Passive attack speed and extra magic damage every 4 auto attacks contribute very little to him and I believe that this skill(since Riot removed its passive CDR) is very detrimental to TF as a champion. I've thrown in my two-cents now lets hope someone at Riot agrees with me enough to say something.

TwistedFate would be too OP to have his ult buffed. You could just recall, ult to top, get a kill, teleport to bot, get 2 more kills, and get back to mid.

Having someone not know what card you're queueing up would be nice. And the card not going away so quickly. TF is countered by every assassin and these assassins crap on you every game unless you get constant ganks from your jungle which isn't going to happen due to other people needing help and the jungle needing to do his thing. You could just gank other lanes but you can't do that forever so TF is really not in a good place right now.
