Poeple abusing bug related to Mejai's and sword of the Occult

So we were playing a match in a 5 group members when we noticed something odd.

They were abusing a weird glitch that gave them full stacks in the Mejai and Occult items, (except their Draven)

I know exposing people on the forum isn't cool, but this is glitch abuse, so, yeah, proof in the images.
