Lee Sin is still absurdly Strong, and I don't know why you guys backed out on the nerfs he needed. But now you finially are doing stuff to Leblanc, and I'm afraid you guys are going to back-out on these much needed nerfs again.
She is just so oppressive when the player behind her knows her well, and there's not much you can do.
Very true, after AllStars Paris, SKT1 Bengi kept playing Lee sin and now hes back in popularity again.
Those changes that were done a while ago should be looked into again.
LeBlanc's nerfs simply break her. They don't fix any of her underlying problems.
No champion deserves nerfs that simply aim to make that said champion less viable with laughably bad compensation in the form of an unneeded mana cost reduction.
These changes need to happen because Leblanc shuts out a TON of picks. Once you see a Leblanc there's very little options you have at picking champions. Even the current Kassadin doesnt shutout picks that hard.
