Lee Sin is still absurdly Strong, and I don't know why you guys backed out on the nerfs he needed. But now you finially are doing stuff to Leblanc, and I'm afraid you guys are going to back-out on these much needed nerfs again.
She is just so oppressive when the player behind her knows her well, and there's not much you can do.

Those changes that were done a while ago should be looked into again.

Deceiving Death1 voteslee sin still has a lower than 50% win rate and only in the hands of someone strong is he actually useful. it takes hundreds of games of practice on a single champion like lee sin to actually be good with him. why shouldn't a player be rewarded due to mastering a hard to use champion?

No champion deserves nerfs that simply aim to make that said champion less viable with laughably bad compensation in the form of an unneeded mana cost reduction.
GhostStalker1 votesThese changes need to happen because Leblanc shuts out a TON of picks. Once you see a Leblanc there's very little options you have at picking champions. Even the current Kassadin doesnt shutout picks that hard.
