Sivir - She's actually really fun, but lacking!
I feel as though Sivir is really lacking when it comes to how she builds. She's different from other ADC's in the respects that she really likes CDR, so she can get as many ricochets off as possible, and just spamming her abilities in general as a huge chunk of her DPS comes from it. But the problem I Have with her is that Critical Hit doesn't do a whole lot for her since she's more ability based than most ADC's, and then also has the shortest range of all the ADC's shared by kog'maw (though he can extend his range by a great amount).

Sivir's W bounces should be subject to critical strikes in the same way that Master Yi's Alpha Strike is.

I think that by allowing an ADC like sivir who is extremely ability based to utilize crit with her W, it would make her feel a lot better, because crit feels like a wasted stat on her since she has to get so close to utilize it, and her abilities which is a huge part of her damage don't benefit from it at all.

If Sivir's range has to stay at 500, why not give her Spell Shield some sort of staying power mechanism? The mana return is nice and all, but I think that I'd rather have a secondary effect on her Spell Shield that gives me a boost in my defenses, especially since it costs 0 mana now. Something like:

Spell Shield: Sivir creates a magical barrier that lasts up to 3 seconds, blocking the next enemy ability used on Sivir. If an ability is blocked by the shield, Sivir gains armor and magic resistance for 5 seconds.
Since she has to function so close to the battlefield, I think giving her staying power would be best.
