Method of acquisition: Baron drops it on the ground if he dies within 10 seconds of killing a champion-- if baron doesn't actually land the killing blow he won't drop this item. It can be picked up by channeling on it for 5 seconds (similar to capping a point in dominion)

Unique Passive: Every kill scored with this item increases its attack damage by 10. If you die with this weapon it drops on the ground and it can be picked up by anyone (friend or foe) who channels on it. It cannot be sold, it can only be dropped by dying. If it remains present on the ground for more than 15 seconds it phases out of existence.
