Minions and Super Minions
Currently, I feel minions might deserve a LITTLE more tweakage for the whole of the game, but most importantly, Super Minions. I feel like with one inhibitor down, Super Minions shouldn't be able to end the game. There's been too many times where I've seen only the middle inhibitor down, team shoves it out and tries to contest Baron/Dragon or have a teamfight, and actually WIN the teamfight, and then lose both nexus turrets, allowing the other team the ability to zerg the nexus with little counterplay.
Here's my suggested changes for super minions:
HP: 1500 (+200 / 3 min) is now (1275(+170 / 3 min) x (1 + 0.1 x Number of inhibitors currently down)
AD: 180 (+10 / 3 min) is now (150 (+8.5 /3 mins) x (1 x 0.1 * Number of inhibitors currently down)
Minion Buff: 70 Armor and 70 MR is now (5 AD, 30 Armor, and 30 MR) x Number of inhibitors currently down)
Numbers can be tweaked further, but I like the idea of all super minons becoming a bit stronger for every inhibitor destroyed. One inhibitor being destroyed isn't going to cost you the game, although each inhibitor down becomes more dangerous, making sure a team who DOES successfully take down all three inhibitors secure the game a little easier. With only one inhibitor down, Super Minions + their buff are about 17% weaker, with 2 down, they are ~5% stronger, and with all three down they are about 20% stronger. Like I said, if this is too steep of an power curve, it can always be re-tuned.
As for minions in general, I'd like to hear opinions on make a very slight tweak to a couple things.
Melee Minions* AD: 12 (+1 / 3 mins) is now 15 (+1.250 / 3 mins) AtkSpd: 1.250 is now 1.000
Caster Minions AD: 23 (+2 / 3 mins) is now 26 (+2.250 / 3 mins) AtkSpd: 0.670 is now 0.600
Siege Minions AD: 40 (+3 / 3 mins) is now 44 (+3.5 / 3 mins) AtkSpd: 1.000 is now 0.900
*Would also like a more visually/audible effect when the minions attack hits the target.
This will keep minion DPS about the same throughout the entire game, but allow for more split second decisions between minion auto attacks for dodging, avoiding, and initiating trades/pokes.
If possible, would it be okay to test something like this on the PBE? I'd love to hear an internal opinion on these topics as well as the community's!
