Jinx

Verrry fun champion. Not to mention hilarious! I think she's very promising.

Right now I feel she's a litttttle over the top though.

I feel as though her Q attackspeed is a little too high. She can maintain a 130% attackspeed steroid through an entire fight and the entire time she's in lane. (at max level) The other side to her Q is the AoE siege/bombing attack which is AWESOME. The fact that it can crit is CRAZY. With this weapon, she has 700 attac range which is longer than Caitlyn and JUST under trist (by 3 units). She has consistent, huge AoE damage.

Her W scales well and I think is in a good place. The 70% slow is a little strong, though.

Her E is cool, I like it. The cooldown and damage might be toned down a little. 20 sec at level 1 is so short when you consider you can root up to 3 people! Placing it correctly could root someone up to 4.5 seconds! The 340 base damage at 5 is a little too much in all honesty though.

Her Ultimate is awesome and does tons of damage :) Might get tone downed slightly and increased cooldown.

Passive is situational but allows insane cleanup/siege potential/repositioning after a kill.

Jinx is really awesome and I can't wait to see her on live.

Couple questions though interaction wise!

• Does her Q rocket mode apply on hit effects in the AoE? It dos crit but I couldn't see the damage numbers.
• Does Runaan's Hurricane cause the AoE on her Q to all enemies it strikes? Again, couldn't tell because of the numbers covering each other and the quick visuals.
