My problem with Cleanse
The cool down is ridiculous, we have QSS active and it's simply not worth the spell slot except in really specific situations. So correct me if I'm wrong here guys, but Cleanse is in a really bad spot.
My biggest problem though, is that the intuitive use case for Cleanse is to dispel, and the after-effect prevent any additional cc from stopping you at all for 3 secs (if combined with a tenacity item). There are not enough dot's or other spell effects besides cc to make me really worry about wiping them off, and if you've active cleansed one form of cc chances are slim that another will follow. So what's stopping me from just using it as a 'immune to cc for 3 secs' spell from the get go? Not much, and in that case why do I need the active? Or vice versa, if I need to dispel something like Swain E or Malz DoT or Grievous Wounds (oh wait, :P), something that the extra tenacity doesn't address, this would be infinitely better suited for QSS, MR and what not.
What I'm trying to get at is that Cleanse is strong, but the active cleanse and tenacity buff work separately from one another. Not to mention tenacity in general being knocked-down a few pegs with all of the knock-ups nowadays, but I digress.
Imagine if they were separated, the active just boiled into additional QSS options and the tenacity buff having its numbers slightly reduced (i.e. 50% Ten on a 2 sec duration with a 180 sec cooldown? Just thinking out loud). Thoughts guys? (Remember knock-ups and displacements are not affected by tenacity. Just stuns, slows silences, blinds, etc)
