Zed's ability rank-up: What does more damage mathematically?

Can a math nerd help me out here? What does more damage, assuming you can use E twice (around mid game) straight maxing Q, or going Q->E->Q->E and so on? Assuming both shurikens hit

I am not a zed player but looking at the abilities stats:

Q has both a higher base damage and AD ratio then E. Multiple Q deals 50% damage (when you use a shadow and Q).

E does not do additional damage if you hit with shadow, does increase slow though. E has a lower cool down than Q by 2 seconds.

so for simplicity sakes 12 secs pass you get 2 Q's and 3 E's off.

I am just gonna go off of lv 1 stats of abilities alone not taking into Zed's stats/runes/masteries:

Q: 2 * 75 = 150

now with a shadow Q: 150 + 37.5 = 187.5

E: 3 * 60 = 180

so if we were to factor in Zed's Bonus AD into these, Q would still have more damage over the 12 second time frame. But that does take into account of using a shadow and landing the shadow's Q as well as his own.

this is a very rough estimation and chances are most skirmishes you do won't last 12 seconds. I just used 12 seconds as a lcm of the cooldowns.
