The nerfs don't even matter much at this point, but what REALLY ruins the flavor and playstyle of Zed is the increase of cooldown on his E.
I believe the philosophy behind this nerf was to reduce his split-pushing, but why not just reduce the amount of damage Zed's E does to minions? The way this was done just feels lazy.

its just andrew2 votesUuuh... when are they going to NERF Zed. He's one of the top bans for a reason. His "E" cd is supposed to be low dmg with low cd because of his w, and his ult both activate it. And the cd is short enough. 6 seconds without cdr? That's fine. Zed is fine the way he is i don't think they should change him.

Desiderium1 votesThe damage actually isn't high; and it's designed that way. It's SUPPOSED to be the "spam spam spam for dmg" ability to use after ulting to get the dmg into his Death Mark. The dmg is supposed to add up. If you look closely, you'll see that Zed's E doesn't ever do much more damage than his autoattack. It's also designed this way because it's meant to be paired up with his autoattack because it doesn't interrupt his autoattack animation.
The DMG is fine, the cooldown just needs its 1 second nerf gone.
