It's a poke lane - sivir maxes boomarang and sustains with good use of her shield. Then....

Fail, Fail, and more fail. All the speed right? What about the time taking the buff. It takes a good 20 seconds at least to take the buff then you have to calculate the damage the buff did, not to mention if the enemy jungler has timer on his buff and decides to wait a few seconds before it spawns. Thats one caught sivir/quinn. Any type of stun pro-longs your escape too with your boosted speed. Lux snare from mid, warwick ult from jungle, thresh cc from bot lane. I mean its just a deathtrap no matter what.
