You are targeting a certain group with that disable. The proper action would be to just disable homeguard until the bug is fixed. What you are doing is creating an uneven playing field until "early next week" That is unnecessary. Just disable homeguard, no one profits, no one loses.
Then you have an uneven playing field for roles that have homeguard in general as a staple. Like Tanks for the health return. I agree with Riot of disabling the lowest amount of content possible while still addressing the bug, however I am not too sure about the "until early next week" addition. I'm sure there are reasons, but if you want something to complain about that's your ticket to an actual topic.
Alacrity doesn't give me health back fast when my base is being sieged =(
Nobody loses... except the team that's trying to turtle and has no homeguards. I'd rather see our mage without homeguards than the entire team without it.
Very simple solution, don't play mages that require sorc shoes until it's fixed.
