A weird Astral Blessing idea I had.

This is an idea that came out of left field (even for me) the other night.

Passive Aura: All allied champs in the area (including soraka) gain X HP/5 seconds and gain 6/7/8/9/10% of Soraka's bonus Armor and MR.

Active: For the next 60/75/90/105/120 seconds Soraka gains vision of the area. She gains one charge every 20 seconds and can hold up to 1/2/3/4/5 charges at once. Allies standing in the area gain 8/10/12/14/16 HP every 5 seconds. This stacks with her passive aura.

So it'd be a passive healing aura that grants bonus defense and an active ward that is an AoE healing aura in the range of vision.

An interest idea. Though I would be worried that Soraka would take Taric's place as Aura support champion. This would also mean that Soraka would build tanky to maximize the use of her aura. Not sure if I like that idea. I think it would be a powerful skill though.

I thought you didn't want her to become a support...

Anyway, this is exactly what Riot wants to avoid: a completely passive unrisky heal that gives Soraka and her ADC an unhealthy sustain. This is lane bullying...

And you should reconsider your numbers. the active is longer than the cooldown.
