I'm Lovin The Kassadin Rework

Garentheon··3 votes·531 views

I'm no expert in numbers and balances so I go with how it feels. And it feels great. He's still powerful, without feeling too powerful, just now he needs a smarter build to go about getting their power. Don't worry everybody, he's still the Kassadin everyone loves. Can't wait for the VU
