so..how does the new fear work?
i am confused on what they did to fear?

basically instead of running around in any random direction, the new fear will have you running away from the person who feared you 100% of the time.
they make you run away from the champion instead of randomly around like a chicken.
Sucks, doesnt it
made it so you couldnt kill anyone who you feared, they run away too fast.
basically its the largest nerf to fiddle in league history
