Are you alright with Kennen's lousy statistics? I'm not.

Not a lot going for Kennen right now. Poor power, poor pick rate, and less than average win rate. All due to his kit containing a combination of elements that forces him to suck at a lot of things. Energy + mass stun requires that he be trash otherwise, or he becomes "OP".

But I assume he's at the bottom of the barrel on Riot's priority list, so he probably won't get any better until 2020.

Maybe to speed up the process, some changes could be suggested. I've got a few in mind, but I'll wait until I see if people actually have a problem with Kennen's place right now.
