Miss Fortune Discussion

Overall, I love the new Miss Fortune changes. She does seem a little too strong, but no one part of her kit is overbearing. It could be the mana cost reductions that really helped out her winrate, she can use more than 2 Q's in lane before she runs out of mana xD

She is better at auto attacking, but her ult feels weaker by comparison. Rushing BT > Last Whisper does not feel satisfying at all because half of her ult's damage is magic. The only situations where it has come in handy was when a low target was out of range for AA's, and even then it didn't finish them off because of the lack of penetration working on it.

That said, AP MF is another popular subject. I've tried it a few times, and it works very well on ARAM, but you did put 2 nerfs on her. Removing the AP ratio on W and spreading out the damage more on E was not very pleasant.

For W, you could add an "OR" option like you used to have on her ult (AP or AD depending on which you have more of).

E could use some sort of compensation base damage/ratio. It has really low damage numbers right now because of how long it lasts :/

TL;DR AD MF ult feels unsatisfying, AP MF needs some compensation buffs for W and E.
