Regarding the lobby (Summoner names and vote-kicks)

As I understand it vote kicking and vote to leave lobby were not implemented because people would kick others who they could LoLKING and see who were under-performing.

In Challenger this could be abused because a lot of people who play with each other (as in, see each other often in the same game) could get buddy-buddy and kick people they dislike.

The solution to this is removing Summoner names in lobby.

This has the added benefit of making it so players are not harassed over their past performance when someone decides to LoLKing them.

This would allow us to use Vote kick for it's intention. Kicking people who are trolling. (I'd add that similar to LeaverBuster people who are often kicked get an express ticket to the tribunal)
