Champ Skin Model Switches - Would this be doable from a gameplay perspective

I had an idea for a champ skin. It was basically take one character for the kit, but give it another champ's model, most of the animations, and the VO for the theme. Basically it's a theme idea that needs one champs kit but another champs character and them.

Is that something riot would be willing to try?

I can see potential early laning feedback for the other team being an issue if you weren't paying too much attention, but I don't know if the idea would be toxic or not.
