Let's get Aatrox in a bit of a better spot

When he ults, give him full Blood Well. When his passive is used, give him a full Blood Well for 3 seconds, then bring it down to 0.

Slightly increase ratio on E (To make up for the base damage nerf that was aimed at Aatroxes that built full tank, yet still did damage)

Aatrox is fine at the moment, in my opinion. Solid lane bully, good split pusher, sexy passive - I don't really see him as in need of buffs.

aatrox is fine his passive is supposed to strip him off his offensive power his e is azlready fine cause its magic dmg that scales of ad the only think that i find important is to make his w a little easier to see
