Fizz feels really unfair in Dominion, can he get a Dom-specific nerf?

It is super hard to catch Fizz in Dominion, as he'll always have his troll pole at the ready. Add in that he doesn't have to deal with 5v5 fights (where he's weakest), and he gets a lot of freedom to do his shenanigans. Honestly, it is insane trying to deal with him if you don't have Ryze or Malzahar to counter him.
