[Ranked Discussion] Matching series players with other series players

##The Problem

So I was playing a game the other day, and one of my teammates immediately said "I'm in my series, let's win this one" when the game started. Fair enough, you're letting your teammates know you're in it to win it.

But.

Hypothetically, if you were a troll, what would you do in this situation? Would you try to help that person win, or would you troll even harder to get more bang for your buck? A person in their series is going to be a lot more pissed off if they lose because of a troll than someone in a regular game (by regular I mean ranked but not series).

##The Solution

If you're in your series, up for promotion, you've worked hard to get here, do you want trolls on your team? NO. Nobody does, but they're especially irritating when you're in your series. I propose that:

####Summoners who are in their series and join ranked solo queue get teamed with other players from their rank who are in a promotional series.

Obviously an issue arises when a player wants to play with his or her friends who are not up for promotion, but doing that does reduce the chances of getting a troll on your team.

This idea would be limited to the solo queue (as I see it), so that people who are trying to grind their way out of bronze 5 (Hi, I'm Rubitonabuilding, I've been playing ranked for almost 2 years now and I'm still b5) have half a chance of winning 2 of 3 promotional series games.

I just think that it would be nice if when you finally get to a series and have a chance to escape elo hell, everyone on your team is in the same boat, in it to win it.

Please discuss. Drawbacks, limitations, advantages, disadvantages, pros, cons, etc.

Cons flows into pros better, so I'll start here:

###Cones:

Longer que times
Trolls can play to win until they're in series, then "series troll" 4 people at once.

###Poros:

Makes series games really intense since everyone is really tryharding.
Might be less trolls
Trolls who want to ruin series games, can't troll their regular games.

idk what to say about your second con, but for the first one, would you rather wait a few more minutes and have a good team, or get in right away and have a s%&@*y team?

all your poros are awesome.

Maybe it could just be the one team that's in series. So that one, it doesn't take as long (finding 4 teammates instead of finding 4 teammates and 5 enemies) to queue, and two, it's not as intense of a match and you have more chance of winning.
I hadn't thought of the benefit that it would force trolls to play better in normal games to get through to series games.

My concern about one team in series is that they may be trying harder than the other team. I mean arguably you should be giving 100% every ranked game, but we all know we give 110% when we're in series.
