[Bug Report] TB invite displays as declined following post-game lobby

Disclainer: I haven't played enough to be 100% sure this is 100% reproducible. Anybody else can confirm?

###The Behavior:

Invites that are 'pending' (and appear pending to other members of the lobby), appear to the lobby owner as 'declined'.

###Steps to Reproduce

• Play team builder game (or get to post-game lobby)
• Click Play again
• Invite people
• Observe that they appear to have declined
• Observe that they can still join lobby as normal
• Observe that they see the correct 'pending' display
