Nerfing Yasuo's Wind Wall so hard it becomes the former Skarner E, ah what a nice fantasy.

So I just lost to a Yasuo.
And as we know for every action there is an equal reaction -> usually it's flaming in all caps.
Instead I will suggest a way to nerf his Wind Wall.

• Wind Wall can only block things with X travel speed.
• Wind Wall can only block things that are smaller than the Windwall itself.

So it can't block Nami's Ult.
