why is everyone now complaing about leblanc
was anyone around for pre nerf leblanc? she was 10x the pain in the ass she is now..she just hit level 6?mite as well leave your game cause you were going to get blown up

TBH I didn't see a lot of complains about LB. This said, it's not like just because a champ was OP on release he can't become even stronger as the meta shifts.
Mostly because she´s risen in popularity and you have to deal with her more often. Also the change of her ultimate just made her way more versatile than before (before it had been about maxing q, duplicating q, blow people up or don´t deal any dmg at all - now you can chain cc and still deal dmg during early/midgame by duplicating e, or move in from very far away with significant enough dmg from the duplicated w. Not to mention you can max w first to better deal with waves getting pushed into your turrets + the general changes of lasthitting beyond turrets allowing low ad-mid to lasthit just fine while being pushed in).
