Should Elise's spider skills scale on ranks in ult?

Since riot made it that nidalee's cougar skills now scale with ranks in R, that brings up a legitimate question for elise: should she be treated the same with her spider skills?

Pros:

First is consistency across champs with animal transformations. Basically if you learn one and the fact that your R levels your non-human skills, that concept would apply to all similar champs (making the game easier to pick up for people).

Second is it would allow riot a bit more control for when her spider skills rank up and when she gets spikes to those skills. Also because human skills would rank up separately, Riot could fine tune everything better and may make the human aspect of her kit more interesting and viable to play.

Third, this is probably a second discussion but I'm not fond of her human Q as a fight wears on (why is it just a reverse spider Q, couldn't riot do better) and her human W just doesn't make sense to me. Exploding spider? What? Where did that come from and why doesn't it cost her one of her stored spiderlings at least to cast? Switching the ranking of her spider form over to her R might be a good excuse to go in and see if there's anything that can be done with her human kit.

Cons:

You can't just rank one thing up early game and see the spike in her spider form. That means her power levels would have to be adjusted for her to be balanced. But she might need a minor QOL iteration.

The spider form wouldn't get those rapid power increases if you just focused on leveling one skill as a trade off for everything leveling up all at once.
