We need a new Tenacity jungle item

With the new , the tenacity passive is gone and got a new passive which makes tank jungler easier but hurt some junglers who needs it.(ex , , ) We need a new tenacity item to make up for it. Currently the only tentacity item we have is which the only champions who buy it is adc when they have full build and , The other option is but boots should be an optional choice to deal with a certain team composition, not a mandatory choice to buy in every game. We need a brusier tenacity item to help these bruiser jungler to tank the enemy's cc. Ideally, the item should have some hp base stats without any damage stats against champions expect for jungle.

Comment if you think bruiser jungler needs a new tenacity item or it's just the champion themselves are in need of help.

It doesn't even have to be a tenacity jungle item, just a new tenacity item that appeals to people who dont use attack speed (zephyr). However if you are the type of jungler champion that build Spirit of The Ancient Golem, you do feel REALLY forced into buying Merc treads over say Ninja tab or boots of lucidity. I have yet to encounter a time when I could get away with NOT building Mercs, even against teams with minimal to zero AP power.

Yes, right now as a Udyr Main I buy Merc Threads 100% of the games and upon reaching late game (really late game) replace it with Zephyr (The item is too expensive for an early game buy and not as cost efficient.

I kind of hope they just re-add tenacity to Quill/Golem again. It feels like the item was close to helping, but took a step back in places.

First idea that popped into my head was make Tenacity a boot upgrade ala alacrity or homeguard, but that's actually a silly idea.

I do feel that tank/bruiser jungle champs could use another option to attain Tenacity, without being forced to ignore many potentially useful choices(boots) or being forced to build an expensive item that may not be optimal for your build. (Zephyr)

Crud, guess I'm stuck on branching build paths now. Perhaps the boot upgrade idea could work with SotAG. Could have 3 options to choose from, one of them being Tenacity.
