need help against ap nidalee

I have a hard time going against ap nidalee in mid to late game. she throws spears that hurts and her cougar form makes it almost impossible to engage on. she snipe and throws from the fog of war or from unwarded bush and instant kill me. Can anyone tell me how to play against her and please don't say pick this champion to fight against her. I want to know how to fight her from early to late game.
