Ashe Passive Changes
I think its more than past time for a QoL change on Ashe. Especially if you're talking about diversity in marksman champions. Ashe has one of the most distinct themes in the entire game, an ice queen, her kit does seem to reflect that, but it needs some changes to bring her into viability.

- Ult Stun time normaliztation
First - her current passive is kinda cool when you think about it, as she's not attacking she gathers her focus to get a crit. The problem is that she only gets one 100% crit every seconds, which is useless after you have at least 55% crit chance. So I had a couple changes in mind
- The passive stays the same, but instead of increased crit chance, she does increased dmgs on crits. Like IE passive Plus:
- The passive become whenever she is not attacked for the last 3 seconds Or
- The passive is relational to the amount of minions killed
Second - with the mobility creep that affects League, her q passive should be changed to reflect that, ie. 15/22/30/37/45% 15/20/25/30/35%
Lastly Her Ult stun is too short at short ranges, this does't make much send to me as why it would do that, where does it draw power from to allow is to gain a stun duration during the trip from Ashe to target? so i had two ideas in mind
- The Ult becomes a two cast ability, the first cast is Ashe aiming the ult+adding power, while the second cast is the release. Or
- The stun timer is scales off of ult lvl at all distances. 1/2/3 or 1.5/2/2.5
