Azir Bug - Two Classic Skins
When you select Azir as a champ, he shows 2 classic skins and then his galactic skin. Screenshot of bug.

this also has been my experience with Azir aswell every game I have selected him.

That is a known problem I think, in the First two weeks, Newly released Champions got Two Classic skins, same was with Braum, Gnar and other new ones. And after maybe 3 weeks, the second Classic skin got removed. It may be a placeholder for the actual Classic / Default skin, because the Splash art comes when the Ingame-model is already finished ( i have Project Yasou and Headhunter Cait before live-release @PBE in mind)
everyone gets it , and i think its intentional because iirc it was on the pbe aswell
