@RiotScruffy: Where are you? (regarding Skarner)

Since you're ignoring Skarner fans at GD, I thought you could maybe answer here. The thing is, Skarner still feels pretty weak even with his recent buffs. His E still doesn't feel rewarding for landing, because it's just a 2.5 sec slow on a very slow cooldown, while other junglers have knockups, stuns, and roots, and lower CDs. There have been pretty good ideas out there to improve his QoL, and I'm sure you've listened to them ("consuming" the mark E leaves on a target to stun him/her is one of them).

So, Scruffy, where are you? Skarner and its players, although a few (that number could increase if he was better), need you. Has Skarner been forgotten again? :(

It's almost like there is an entire thread about his topic on GD where Scruffy has responded multiple times. He said today that they are keeping an eye on the buff changes he received this patch and that they are looking to make sure if he needs more numerical tweaking or power buffs they'll distribute them.
