@Morello @IronStylus Is anything coming for Zilean?

Vel'koz has a special taunt for him "There's something special in you, Zilean..." and a lot of people really feel he has an outdated kit. He just doesn't seem to fit in a special lane... However, a lot of people will deny this. Let's face it guys: he has a perma-slow which Riot hates, just one offensive ability, and his model is pretty old to be quite honest.
