[Idea] Making Notes: (Mock up inside!)

Here though so I was thinking on an idea while playing this match, what if we were able to make notes for our team. Here how it'll work:

When something like Dragon dies or blue dies, etc. We can make a note for our team to see. But 1 person can only have 1 note really, to avoid spamming notes and it'll need to be cleaned up. To prevent spamming this will require you to click on the person's notes to view them as such: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=885010&d=1390761967

This will make keeping Drag timers, flashes, etc. track of them easier since during chat there can be a lot of talking and it takes awhile to score up to check the timer.

Also, there's more, whenever someone submits(edit) their notes you get a notification when they do. However I have some. With a this you will be able to select in the options if you want the notifications to pop up in your chat or not, but they will also pop up on the person's notes. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=885012&d=1390762115

A few other things: -Options to show people's notes with hotkeys that you can set. Anyway you find comfort so you don't have to click. -Hotkeying for editing your notes.
