@Riot, Can we speak about Ezreal's W?

So Ezreal's W right now as you may know is.. Trash..

But what can we do for it to make it worth getting?

Here's some ideas:

1. We could make it give vision for the path it travels, this goes with the theme "explorer" since he'll use it to explore.

2. Lower the CD if it kills an enemy champion. This is inspired off of other apcs that have no CC like Katarina.

Those are a few things I had in mind, what do you think of it? Also we could always rework the ability completely.
