Placement Queue - a way to help the lower ranks out

Okay, as far as I'm aware, someone new to LOL ranked basically starts out in silver for his placement games. As you can imagine, this can be a PITA for someone who's in silver now and is playing with someone on his team who's true MMR is unknown ATM.

So I'd like to suggest a placement queue for ranked for your first ten games. Basically you are paired up with people who have a similar number of games first, and a similar win rate second.

This would allow people in placements to be ranked without having to worry about being placed with people too high or too low and people in ranked don't have to worry about people in their initial games who's MMR may not match that league.
