@Riot: What are you going to do about the continuing degradation of your player base?

I want to know what Riot is planning on doing about the player base in the mid to lower tiers of play. Sure, its great that the end game is balanced but that caters to the top 10% or less of the players who play this game.

In the past month I have experienced more trolling, rage quitting, afk'ing and just plain douchiness than I have ever seen and I've been playing this game since S1. The Tribunal is considered a joke anymore and the honor ribbon system has flopped completely because the rewards system was never fully fleshed out and the requirements to get a ribbon are so high that almost no one has a ribbon.

This is not a post about me raging about not being able to progress through the ranked play, nor is it an endorsement of "elo hell" , it is simply a question as to when Riot is going to figure out SOMETHING to limit this kind of behavior in games. Normally I would simply shrug off this kind of stuff and say it was a single game out of the many I play, but its becoming a majority of the games that I play where I see this type of stuff. I have in the past 10 matches been a part of 2 full on 4v4's because each side had someone rage afk/quit. Really? REALLY? Yes, I know that this is the internet, and that this is a game, but seriously, League has always had a bad reputation and now its even worse. Its literally, the worst community of players I have ever been a part of and I've been playing MMO's since UO days.

In closing, the Tribunal is a joke, the honor system failed, and player behavior in the majority tiers of play is simply unacceptable. Fix this Riot.
