anyone know if morgana support is going to get nerfed?

What part of her support do you want nerfed exactly? Yes she is top tier right now, but she's not that OP. I main her, and when someone picks her I just play Karma and pop her black shield easy. Thresh's ult also cancels out her ult as well. The bind is strong but its really slow. You can bait the black shield and put it on it's long CD and then re-engage. I don't see the problem.

I think Riot will get a look on her once Soraka's kit is reworked and Morgana sees more and more play. I think eventually they'll rework her or balance. As for now, she has nothing in the works.

The main thing that Morgana needs is to have the visuals and hitbox of Dark Binding adjusted to match each other.

Being hit by Dark Bindings that visibly miss is not fun.
