What we are starting to see happen is that bottom picks are calling and top picks are demanding pick order. So 1-2 demand pick order because it suites them and then they pick everything everyone else desires or mains. If we can randomize it then every game we wont know who goes first, second, so it will encourage everyone to have pick order.
first pick is top MMR. Every other spot is already random. Only time its not random is when a duo queue exists. In which case its 1 and 5, or 2 and 4 i believe. Im not positive on the 2nd duo queue order.
I had to read it twice, but I understand what you're getting at. It would be rather interesting. I can't think up of any negatives off the top of my head, but I'd definitely like to see Red input on this,
