My dog just passed, anything to make a sad summoner smile?
My dog of 12 years just passed away due to sickness. :(
EDIT: Even though it's only a couple people, you truly are the best in the community. Thanks guys.

I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet friend. I lost my dog suddenly to an illness two and a half years ago, so I know how sad you feel. My advice to you is to let yourself be sad. Losing a beloved pet is like losing a beloved family member who was also your best friend. Some people don't understand how deeply it can affect a person. The grief is real, but it lessens as time passes. All the normal phases of the grieving process apply to losing a pet.
One thing I did was I lit a candle for my dog when she passed. I also went out for walks at the times I normally took her out. I stopped in all her favorite spots..I just kept the routine for a while.
Put some flowers by her coziest sleeping spot in the house and just think of all the wonderful times you had together, and have a good cathartic cry.
Again, I am so sorry you are going through this, I truly am.
The cycle of life and death continues. We will live, they will die.
Seems like he forgot to grab {{summoner:10}} ,
Here, he might cheer you up, he is a jester after all, actually on second thought just

I've made that mistake far too many times when I gank.. Finally, just remember, for the future , if you're going up against

Oh man, that's awful! I can relate though: this fall I lost my two pups, Sace, 15 and Mixie, 16 within a couple months of each other. I got them when I was a teen and I know I walked around with a black cloud over my head for days when they passed.
One thing I did was make all my avatars pictures with me and one of them. I also gave them each a proper burial in my garden and started writing down every story or memory I wanted to keep. That really helped the most - not just remembering the good times or their little personality quirks that made them so special to me but saving it for posterity. I then found favorite photos of them and printed them up to put around my workspace. I was able to share stories and talk about them to new people, which made it feel like they were still around, entertaining everyone as usual, in a way.
I would stay away from /r/adviceanimals for a while, but maybe hang out on the Poros subreddit and just watch some funny stuff like Archer or read cracked lists till your side hurts from laughing.
It does get better. I just had my first Halloween and Thanksgiving without them and I was surprised how well I did, since they were big parts of those holidays for me. You will get through this.
Play a round with Nasus and let him say "who let the dogs out?" RIP lil doggy
Er...fairly unrelated, but do you like Disney?
Here's Snow White and the Evil Queen :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYBMZkVcg8U
I know missing someone forever hurts a lot. Remember the times you had with your dog. If there is someone in the world that thinks of someone, they will stay alive, even though in memory. Your dog will live in you for the time you are alive. Thanks for sharing this on a forum like this as well. It's good to hear from people with the same interests about anything, even deep subjects like this.
Lots of strenght wished to you from the Netherlands.
I'm sorry about your loss. >.<
