This seems like cheating to me. This is mining the game for extra information to give players an edge.
Please post why this is being allowed
Thats not cheating at all people can do that on their own if they wanted to without needing someone to make the timers for them
Third party device/application =cheating if you want it done do it your self don't download things simple.

Automatically tracking Baron and Dragon respawns with vision is one thing. That's at least something you could easily do on your own. But ultimate cooldowns? That is an unfair advantage. We'll see what Riot does about it, because I think something will be done (I hope)
