Is it just me or does when Pyke uses his Camoflauge it shows the opponents a graphic under them?

I mean, at least that's what I've seen is when you're stealthed in your W, a swirl of water shows around the bottom of the opposing team that both you and they can see. Is that intended? I mean, part of the fight against Pyke is keeping an eye on him, being able to just know he used his W regardless of if he's actually in sight range or not seems just bad. Imagine that for like Twitch or Eve. "Oh, we just got this thing around us guess Eve's nearby. Guess Twitch is trying to get the one-up on us."
