How to lock your account from leveling up

higher level games are way too toxic for my liking I prefer lower level games where none takes shit way too seriouly even in normals if i had the option to stay level 5 forever i would click it with no hesitation

and before you complain about smurfs abusing this option (if it existed) smurfs are already abundant in low level games and they are not this bad honestly..
