On stream, I just watched Nightblue3 Admit to going afk in game. And Nubrac showed in Riots own Code of Conduct that what he did isn't bannable.
NB3 also said the ToS are not a contract and you don't have to follow it because Riot is fucking r%%%%%ed and doesn't know what they're doing.
