Riot can you do something about trolls since I just want to play a normal game.

Im really getting sick of playing with people who just don't care and give up at 10 mins because of one thing or my last q my support locked in ashe with no reasoning other then he will play what he wants like if that is not greifing idk what is like from my point of view trolling is ruining the game for me since It is not fun to play different because someone whats to be a dick and try something no one else wants to play with or I have to dodge and wait about 7 mins for the punishment and the queue. please riot do something to stop trolls.

I know people will for some reason defend these people saying things like they should play what ever they even though it makes the game unfun for most people and to those people I say go play a rpg not a online team game.
