When is Riot gonna fix the fps drop?

Like, I have my video settings at medium high (so its not very graphic intensive) and I start the game with 120-140 fps. It just gradually gets worse throughout the match and at around 25-30 minutes is basically 40-60 fps. When is Riot gonna fix this? I remember 8.10 constantly being at least 80 fps throughout the match
