I think people who lock in nunu support with ghost and smite should be reportable from champion select (in solo q since you can't 4 man gank them there) and that when someone dodges to save everyone's lp instead of getting a dodge timer and losing lp they should be given 3 lp and put in a high priority q

I didn't though, that's the whole point of the post, some angel took -3 lp so my lp could live and they were punished for it.
