I think people who lock in nunu support with ghost and smite should be reportable from champion select (in solo q since you can't 4 man gank them there) and that when someone dodges to save everyone's lp instead of getting a dodge timer and losing lp they should be given 3 lp and put in a high priority q

The team with all their players should also get some compensation LP (like 3 as well) for when the enemy team remakes and wastes your time, especially in a winning game.
