As in which marksman takes the last amount of gold to function at an optimal level throughout the game (not just level 1 draven).

CamedInYourBoi1 votesBecause certain adcs have variable build paths it depends, I'd say anyone that rushes lethality, like potentially varus and mf.
Also Cait kicks in pretty early, falls off mid, and comes back in hard late.
