Positional matchmaking is awful

I get filled 20% of games now (not including the 15 dodges), it always takes longer for queue to pop than the estimated, at least 2 players are filled in almost every game, and people are ready to start inting earlier into a match than ever because 3 lp means nothing to anyone. Right now, winning on off role feels like a successful waste of time while losing on off role feels like you lost 2 games at once. Not to mention the matchmaking itself is awful with silver players showing up in my plat 1 games? Let me know your thoughts, I have nothing better to do than be angry on the internet atm so I'll unfortunately probably respond.
