She's currently sitting at a 48.34% winrate, and the newest patch only made it worse. She has a 0.81% playrate, and her lowest winrate matchups are no more than 38%. She has had a useless passive for 3 months now, and out of the 24 most played midlane matchups with Lissandra she has a positive winrate with 7 of them. This would make sense if she was a cheap forgotten champion like Volibear (thank the demi-gods for those changes), but she's not. She's a relatively new champion that costs 6300 BE. Please Riot! Give our Ice Witch some love!
